304 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 304 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This is the latest version of these terms and supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the 304 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 304 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 304 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party you have authorised.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 304 support team immediately.
- 304 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- You are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell your account to any other party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 304 platform are required to use it in a responsible, ethical manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Use
The use of any software, bots, automated scripts, or other methods to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The 304 platform must not be used for any money laundering activities or to finance activities that violate the law.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process is a serious violation of these terms.
Any attempt to disrupt, breach, or damage the technical infrastructure of the 304 platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 304 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports commonly used local deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
Transaction Terms
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and the payment method selected.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
- 304 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, in the interest of compliance and security.
- In the event of a suspicious transaction, 304 reserves the right to suspend processing until an investigation has been completed.
- Any taxes or charges applicable to transactions under Malaysian law are solely the member's responsibility.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policies
304's Limitation of Liability
304 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users through the use of this platform, including wagering losses, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond 304's reasonable control.
This platform is provided "as is" and 304 makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. 304 reserves the right to suspend or modify any part of the platform at any time.
Account Suspension & Closure
304 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these terms
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration
- Account inactivity for a specified period
- Upon request by the relevant authorities
In cases of serious violations, 304 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and report activities to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Legislation
All content, designs, logos, text, and software on the 304 platform are the exclusive property of 304. Any reproduction, modification, or use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 304 platform may contain links to third-party websites. 304 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
304 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
